Turning Point Global Solutions Continues to Successfully Implement Electronic Connectivity with EIS Telecom Carriers

Rockville, MD – November 09, 2022 – Turning Point Global Solutions, L.L.C. (TurningPoint) today announced that it is continuing to successfully implement electronic handshakes – called eBonding – between its telecommunications enterprise management system (TEMS) solution NiOS® and Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) telecommunications carriers. TurningPoint has implemented eBonding for multiple federal clients in support of their EIS contracts, including AT&T and Lumen. We plan to add eBonding with Verizon in the first part of 2023, with other carriers to follow.

eBonding is a software integration method that allows for the automatic exchange of data between two business applications. Transaction types include order submission, firm confirmation notices, and billing information and disputes. Through eBonding, customers who use our industry leading Network Inventory and Optimization Solution (NiOS®) can seamlessly exchange transactions between NiOS® and their EIS telecom carriers’ business support systems. This capability allows for more efficient transmission of business-to-business data – leading to reduced errors, smoother transactions, and faster business processing. As a result, our customers are able to efficiently synchronize their inventory, ordering, and billing.

Managing Partner David Hughes said NiOS’s eBonding success represents a significant value for our customers.

"TurningPoint has established a set of mature processes to make these interfaces happen," said Hughes. "We are continuing to work with other telecom carriers to extend the efficiencies of eBonding to all of our customers."
