TurningPoint is proud to offer world class professional support services under the US Department of Navy’s SeaPort-e IDIQ Contract. SeaPort-e customers can minimize mission risk by engaging TurningPoint, a CMMI Maturity Level 3 contractor that is configured to consistently deliver on time with fully compliant products and services.

Quality Assurance

TurningPoint’s fully documented, standardized and repeatable Quality Assurance processes and procedures ensure consistent quality and enable performance measurement for continuous improvement. Our Quality Assurance Organization assures that issues are identified and resolved prior to delivery. The roles and responsibilities of our Quality Assurance are as follows:

Accountable Party Quality Objectives
CEO
  • Conducts weekly detailed operational reviews of each project.
  • Is fully engaged in delivering Quality and drives organizational responsibility and accountability.
Program Manager
  • Orchestrates, monitors, and evaluates task order execution;
  • Monitors and evaluates work in process verifying compliance and approving deliverables, day-to-day changes, and invoices; monitors
  • Attains resources required to accomplish tasks.
  • Reviews deliverables for quality and consistency before submission.
QA Lead
  • Ensures that TurningPoint’s CMMI Level 3 quality objectives are met on all projects.
  • Reports to the CEO on matters of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Reviews deliverables for quality and consistency before submission.
Contract Manager
  • Coordinates contract requirements with the Government;
  • Ensures contract compliance.
Finance and Accounting
  • Ensures that adequate financial controls and surveillance of contract efforts are in place.
  • Performs final review and approval of invoices, payments, and audits.
  • Ensures that all contractual fiduciary responsibilities are met.
Facility Security Officer
  • Manages the implementation and timely enforcement of security-related policies. 
  • Ensures that policies, technical and physical architecture, and operational security administration provide for confidentiality, integrity, authentication, availability, and non-repudiation.
  • Ensures the compliance of our systems with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA).
