Rockville, MD, May 15, 2008 – Turning Point Global Solutions announced today that it has been awarded the contract to implement a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for the Department of Health Resources & Services Administration.
TurningPoint’s work will involve development of an SDLC framework that offers a comprehensive set of policies, processes, procedures, artifacts, reviews, resources, and standards that are tailored to reflect HRSA’s mission and IT strategic goals. In addition, TurningPoint will institute an Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) program to promote the adoption of the process and guidelines established during the SDLC implementation by the offices, bureaus and contractors that are responsible for implementing the initiatives in the IT Portfolio.
