Rockville, MD, January 17, 2007 – Turning Point Global Solutions announced today that it has been awarded a contract to provide telecommunications and help desk support services for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Beneficiary Contact Center (BCC) voice network. The network supports more than 40 million individuals who depend on CMS to serve their health information needs.

In operating the 24/7 Beneficiary Network Services center, TurningPoint receives and proactively resolves help desk support calls involving telecommunications services, voice response routing, next-generation desk top software licensing, agent availability and skill set tracking, and continuity of operations. In addition, TurningPoint will insure that transition of voice services provisioning from FTS2001 to the new Networx contract has minimal impact on BCC services.
