A significant subcontractor to prime B3 Group Inc., TurningPoint will configure and deploy NiOS; manage interfaces between NiOS® and VA financial management and contracting systems; and provide ongoing maintenance, programming, and engineering support.

TurningPoint's NiOS® is a TEMS platform developed for, and deployed by, multiple large federal agencies including the Veterans Administration, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Army, and others. NiOS® 6, the newest version of the NiOS® platform, comes with the Tracking, Automation, Control, and Efficiency (TrACE™) module, providing project management functionality that enables deep visibility into associated ordering and inventory changes.

David Hughes, TurningPoint's Managing Partner, says the project offers VA the opportunity to expand its use of NiOS® to manage its complex telecom environment.

“The VA has used our NiOS® tool and professional services for more than 12 years,” he said. “I'm pleased we can continue to help the VA achieve efficiencies and reduce risk across the entire VA telecom enterprise, as well as facilitate its critical transition of telecom services to the EIS contract.”

The work with VA has a 15 year period of performance if all optional periods are exercised.
