TurningPoint was awarded a STARS II contract for all functional areas in both Constellations I and II.

“8(a) STARS II makes it easy and fast for federal civilian and defense clientele to procure our cutting-edge information technology (IT) services or IT services-based solutions,” explained TurningPoint Managing Partner David Hughes.  “The contract allows for 8(a) socioeconomic credit transferrable to the agency, pre-competed, easy-to-use contracting, with access to proven 8(a) small business technology providers,” added Mr. Hughes.

“With shortened procurement lead times and a low user access fee (0.75 percent) built into contractor's ceiling prices, this contract vehicle makes it easier for existing and new government clients to leverage our innovative services and solutions to meet their strategic objectives quickly and cost effectively,” explained TurningPoint’s STARS II Business Development Lead Marguerite Rogers.  “The STARS II contract award will enable TurningPoint to continue its history of partnering with GSA to help Agencies in meeting mission needs by delivering cost effective, value-added business solutions.”
