TurningPoint is delivering the NiOS-based Telecommunications Lifecycle Management (TLM) solution, an industry-proven TurningPoint-built and FISMA compliant application. TLM provides best practices, key strategies and management tools for agencies to manage present and future telecom services and assets, both wired and wireless. NiOS® automates Wireless BPA order processing and tracking. It also empowers the Army/Air Force NGW-BPA users and contract administrators with the ability to effectively manage wireless telecommunications equipment and services, perform billing reconciliation, and telecom spend analysis and optimization, all without increasing headcount.

These efforts will improve decision-making, manage wireless device costs and increase usage visibility for the Army / Air Force. Ultimately, the enterprise level management and optimization of wireless devices will increase the overall efficiency of the program and acquisition organizations, enable better communication support for war-fighters, and save money on Army and Air Force wireless BPA expenditures.

“Deploying and managing the Army/Air Force's mobile data devices across multiple wireless carriers is no small feat; however, with wire line and wireless telecommunications management past performance at HHS FDA, VA, DHS FEMA, DHS OCIO, DHS ICE and others, TurningPoint is up to the challenge," added Tsippora Rosenberg, Vice President of Engineering Federal Telecom Practice. "We look forward to further expanding our support of the Department of Defense.”
