Health Insurance

TurningPoint provides a wide range of health insurance benefits, including medical, dental, prescription, and vision coverage for all its full time employees and Families. TurningPoint’s coverage begins on the date of full-time employment. TurningPoint pays 100% of the cost of health insurance toward the HMO Plan.

Annual Leave

TurningPoint offers its full time employees sixteen (16) days of paid personal time off (PTO) to attend to their personal needs. PTO time is accrued each pay period, and can be used after one (1) month of full time employment.

General Holidays

TurningPoint recognizes all major federal holidays totaling up to ten (10) holidays: New Years Day, Washington Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.

TurningPoint offers 401K plans administered by John Hancock including a generous matching program. All full time employees are eligible to participate.
